Between the ages of 7 and 12 young athletes enter a vital stage of fundamental motor skill development. Optimal technique guidance combined with preparatory strength training provides young athletes a foundation upon which future athletic development will be optimized. Each 60 minute session uses age specific instruction to incorporate:
A full dynamic warm up
Co-ordination exercises
Running mechanics
Balance exercises
Fundamental Speed Training
Flexibility training
The program emphasizes movement, function, technique and form to help young athletes become faster, stronger, and more explosive.
