Club Team Physical Testing Program
The TSF Academy Physical Fitness Testing Program utilizes State-of-the-Art technology to evaluate and record athletic performance across a variety of fitness components which have been identified as crucial to overall performance success in the sport of soccer. The strengths and weaknesses of each athlete will be identified with the ultimate aim of maximizing the athlete's physical condition. Repetition of the full barrier of tests conducted at critical training phases throughout the season will obtain an objective, valid and reliable analysis of individual and team progression. This type of testing is used in many Colleges and Universities across the USA and in European and South American Soccer Academies to monitor the physical development of their players.

Identification of the strengths and weaknesses of individual players will highlight areas requiring improvement and enable appropriate interventions and modifications to the TSF Academy Periodized Training Program, thus ensuring effective and efficient usage of TSF Academy training time. Feedback to players and parents will be made available online via a password protected player fitness profile. Communication, advice and additional program support will be provided to athletes whose data raises concern.
TSF Academy aim to offer a planned, balanced and organised program of physical training with the ultimate goal of maximising the long term development and performance of each individual athlete. The Physical testing program plays a significant role within this process providing a basis of information upon which realistic individual goals for performance enhancement can be set and athlete progression can be supported, monitored and optimised. Such information along with ongoing coach assessment will have implications to individual playing time and selection decisions.
