Path to the Pros

The New York Red Bulls (NYRB) Academy Affiliate Program, part of the MLS Youth Affiliate Network, is a platform designed to improve the player identification and development of elite youth level players by providing greater access to high level soccer opportunities. The most talented players within the Academy Affiliate Program participate in co-partnered elite player development and talent identification programs operated by both the Affiliate club and the New York Red Bulls Academy. The NYRB academy staff evaluates and picks the top 1% of players that fit into their player profile.

 

The TSF Academy players identified by NYRB, are provided an opportunity to participate in the pathway to pros program through the affiliation. TSF Academy is proud to be an affiliate and create a path to the pros for our players.
